Ordering DISCS :  Colleges, schools and other organisations  

Please complete your organisation's official order form and attach a SKILLSHEETS order form.

You also need to complete two copies of the Software Licence before a disc can be supplied. SKILLSHEETS can send you copies or you can print your own.

Licence fees are one-off payments, you will not be required to renew annually.

State clearly :-

  The name of the person and department to whom the discs are to be addressed.

 

  The address to which the invoice should be sent.

 

  An invoice will be sent with the disc. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

  Inform SKILLSHEETS of the name you would like to appear on each worksheet.

 

You will then receive a single-user licence agreement to complete and return.
